The ULSS 17 inspires its activities to satisfy the health needs of the person, recognized as an expression of a fundamental right of citizens to obtain appropriate medical care and social and health prevention, diagnosis, treatment and rehabilitation in accordance with the principles of equality, equity of access and humanization.
In his programmatic actions the Company places the citizen-user as the center of interest to target the activities, finalizing any work to the pursuit of the welfare of the person and give priority to choices that achieve this result. In pursuing these objectives, the Company conforms to the regulations of the national and regional issues in the area, including the specific implementing provision, organization and programming branched by the Veneto Region, by implementing, in accordance with the principles thus described, a policy corporate health that takes into account the actual health needs of the population served and overcoming any critical areas that compress the right to health of citizens.
